Sunderland Echo Quiz League.
Gowan Scott Memorial Trophy 2009.
The 2009 competition will reach it's climax when 2008 winners Ashbrooke retained their trophy with a comprehensive win over Newbottle WMC at Penshaw Catholic Club.
Ashbrooke answered 22 of their 24 questions corrrectly.
The trophy was presented to the winning team by Mrs Doreen Scott.
